Products and Services

Farmed Organic supplies USDA certified organic produce to businesses, restaurants, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify prices, product descriptions, and availability without prior notice.

Customer Accounts

To place orders, you must register for a business account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are provided to registered customers upon login. Payment terms are established at the time of account opening. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Delivery

We deliver throughout South Florida. Orders placed before 2 PM are delivered the next business day. Delivery schedules may vary based on location and conditions.

Quality and Freshness

All our products are USDA Certified Organic and harvested for peak freshness. If you are not satisfied with the quality of any product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Organic Aqua Fresh and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

Farmed Organic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
